Hassan Miah has over 30 years of work experience in entertainment, technology, and finance.
Leadership
Hassan was a managing director at Intel Capital. He worked as a partner at KPMG. Hassan was the former head of digital media at Creative Artist Agency (CAA), Hollywood's biggest talent agency and was CEO of Xing Technology, which sold for $75 Million to Real Networks. Hassan also started companies called Paybby, Belvidere Homes and One Llama Labs.

Hassan is a CPA and specializes in KYC, AML, valuation and forensic accounting. As a young accountant at KPMG, Hassan uncovered one of the biggest corporate crimes at a major NYSE company. Hassan understands corporate finance, US regulations and compliance. Hassan is an expert in blockchain and cryptocurrency. Hassan helps clients get clear answers and results in tough situations.

Miranda Tan is an entrepreneur, lawyer, and marketing expert.

  • PR and Tech Platforms: Miranda founded Robin8 Inc., an award winning platform that connects global brands with influencers. Prior to Robin8, she ran a PR agency for 15 years working for start-ups and tech growth companies.
  • Bitcoin Mining and Real Estate Development: She started a bitcoin mining company in Michigan and Belvidere Homes which does real estate development and modular homes.
  • Auto Collision Protection: Miranada leads One Llama, which provides community collision and comprehensive protection for cars.
Blockchain Expertise
  • NFT and Blockchain: Miranda worked on a number of crypto projections and NFTs including Masterminds of Hip Hop, Allen Iverson, Ian Somerhalter and Olivia Polermo.
